Monthly Subscription Refunds
100% Refund When Cancelling
When you cancel your monthly subscription within the subscribed month, you'll receive a full 100% refund of your monthly subscription fee, regardless of how many days you've used the service.
Yearly Subscription Refunds
Yearly subscriptions offer great value with a 30% discount. Our refund policy reflects this commitment:
Pro-Rated Refund for Unused Months
When you cancel your yearly subscription, you'll receive a refund for all remaining full months of your subscription period. For example, if you cancel after 2 months of a yearly subscription, you'll be refunded for the remaining 10 months.
Important: The refund is calculated based on the discounted yearly rate you paid, not the monthly rate. Partial months are not refunded – only complete unused months are eligible for refund.
Refund Processing

- •Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription
- •It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
